Life stress and disease
Modern medicine has found that 90% of human diseases are related to psychological stress. A Nobel Prize winner in Physiology pointed out when summarizing longevity: "If a person wants to live a hundred years, the share of a reasonable diet is about 25%, others account for 25%, and the role of psychological balance accounts for 50%." Thus, mental health is an essential factor in health;  and psychological balance is directly related to psychological pressure.
Psychological stress is a person's physiological changes and emotional fluctuations caused by changes in the external environment and the internal state of the body. Unpleasant and harmful psychological stress cannot be actively overcome and often leads to various diseases.
