Daily maintenance and storage
To ensure the performance and normal operation of the hearing aid, please keep the microphone inlet clean. Please use a soft brush to gently brush away the stolen goods at the entrance.
Cerumen net: there will be a cerumen net at the sound outlet of the hearing aid to prevent earwax or other debris from entering the hearing aid. It is necessary to clean regularly with proper tools. If you need to replace it, please contact us or the fitter directly.
Hearing aids are strictly tested before leaving the factory. Please do not disassemble them by yourself.
Storage and transportation
Hearing aids should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and violent vibration.
When hearing aids need to be stored for a long time, they should be placed in a place with a temperature of 0-40 ℃, a relative humidity of less than 85%, ventilation conditions and no corrosive gas.
After packaging, hearing aids can be transported as general goods, but they should be protected from direct exposure to sunlight, rain and snow, and mechanical collision.
